This web site will calculate shipping charges to most destinations automatically - before you make any commitment to buy.
We aim to process all orders received before midday the same day (but this is not guaranteed). Occasionally we may deliver the goods in several consignments at no extra cost to you.
Deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, particularly in December. Please be patient, but contact us for delivery tracking if you need to. It is always best to allow ample time for deliveries. Delivery times quoted are for guidance only and are not guaranteed (unless specifically described as such).
UK delivery
Delivery within mainland UK is based on the weight of your order, up to a maximum of £5 no matter how heavy. A typical parcel weighing over 2kg costs £5. Small parcels cost less. This is an economy service which usually takes 2 to 4 working days (not guaranteed). For a maximum of £7.50 per parcel (maximum weight 30kg) you can choose our 'express next working day' service (guaranteed).
You can choose standard or next working day by noon delivery (certain areas only) during checkout. For next day delivery please order by midday at the latest. 'Next day' orders placed after midday will be despatch the next working day (ie excluding weekends and public holidays). We use a "signed for" service for larger orders so it is important that there is someone in to receive the goods. If this is not possible we recommend you enter an alternative delivery address (such as work/friend/neighbour). A delivery time of day cannot be given, but you can sign up for ‘next working day delivery’ which will get to you by 1pm the next working day after you order, providing you place your order before 12pm (UK only). Small items are usually posted through the Royal Mail. Goods ordered before midday (local time) will normally be processed and dispatched the same day (but this is not guaranteed). We are charged more for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands and to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly: We have to pass on the extra charges. Parcels up to 2kg are sent by post and cost between £2.50 and £6.00 for standard delivery (or £10.00 for Special Delivery next working day*); the delivery charge for parcels up to 30kg is £13.00 (or £22.00 for Special Delivery next working day* 20kg weight limit). *Next working day services are not guaranteed to all areas (please enquire if this is important).
We are able to deliver to BFPO addresses.
Channel Island delivery
Parcels up to 2kg are sent by post and cost between £2.50 and £6.00 for standard delivery (or £10.00 for Special Delivery next working day*); the delivery charge for parcels up to 30kg is £9.00 (or £22.00 for Special Delivery next working day* 20kg weight limit). *Next working day services are not guaranteed to all areas (please enquire if this is important).
EU delivery
Small parcels (up to 1.5 or 2.0kg) will be delivered by airmail small parcel service. Larger parcels will be delivered by "signed for" courier service on a 2 to 3 day service for most Northern European Countries and on a 3 to 4 day service to Southern Europe. These delivery times are for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

The maximum delivery charge per parcel is £12.50 inc VAT (up to 30kg).
Austria & Denmark delivery

The maximum delivery charge per parcel is £48.00 inc VAT(up to 30kg).
Portugal, Finland, Sweden delivery

The maximum delivery charge per parcel is £26.00 inc VAT(up to 30kg).
Norway , Croatia delivery
The maximum delivery charge per parcel is £22.00 (up to 30kg).
Turkey & Tunisia delivery
The maximum delivery charge per parcel is £37.00 (up to 30kg).
Bulgaria, Cyprus, Malta, Cueta, Gibraltar, Andora delivery
The tariff is automatically calculated online. Delivery charges inc VAT.
All other European delivery
The tariff is automatically calculated online.
North America, Australia and the Far East and the rest of the world
Charges are calculated automatically on our site and are based on the
overall weight of your order. Please email or call us with any questions.
Delivery generally takes 3-5 working days after your order has been
processed (not guaranteed).
Please email or call us for quotations for delivering freight quantities.
International deliveries outside the EU may be subject to customs clearance.
Yogamatters cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Customs or
other government authorities
Please inform us within 21 days of placing your order if the goods have not been delivered.
Although we may still be able to trace your items after this time we will not consider claims for lost items after this period.
